Hey Ken, what it comes down to is what the controller is rated for and whether or not adding an additional solar panel can increase the output of it. The Morningstar Duo charge controller SSD-25 that you have is rated for 25 amps which is quite a bit more than 190 watts so you could easily add an additional panel like the 190 watt # GP47MR to what you have now and the controller would be able to take full use of the additional power generated by the second panel. view full answer...

Solar panel systems are all going to be ran independently to the battery bank and wouldn't need to tie into the wiring for your Go Power IC2000 Inverter Charger # 34280055. Your solar panels will run to the Go Power MPPT Solar Charge Controller # GP54FR and from there directly to the batteries. Both the solar charge controller and the IC2000 can read the battery charge level and alter the charge that they send to the battery so there won't be an issue wiring them separately. view full answer...
Hey Kenneth, this is a great question but what we have found is that currently more people are preferring to use VHB 3M tape followed by an adhesive sealant like the # AL43KV instead of drilling. This gives you a permanent install that is really solid that doesn't require having to find bracing to drill into and all that comes with that.

Choosing the correct solar panel kit can be a bit overwhelming because there are so many options out there. For your application I would definitely get another battery (Lithium are the best) and then you might want to go with the Elite # 34282184 over the Flex # GP67MR simply because the Elite solar panels will draw in more energy and if most of the places you camp are wooded like what you show in your pictures you're going to need all the help you can get from the solar panels.
